This indoor "arena" type football league was created for the youth to play and learn the sport of football without the pressure to win - delivering uncompromised coaching with a positive instructional atmosphere to all participants.

Youth Program is scheduled to start in March 2010,
running from March 27th – May 22nd

Our season Is soon upon us! I am inviting all players, coaches, and managers to meet on Saturday, March 20 at 5:00pm at Rivalry Sports Grille. We will be going over rules, regulations, and responsibilities of all who are involved with AFL. This will also be a great time to get fitted, complete paperwork, and make payments to AFL. The free agents will have an opportunity to find a team or recruit teammates. This meeting is especially important for free agents as we fill out team rosters. This is also a great way to meet other teams, ask questions and get to know the competition. Feel free to invite guests who wish to play and they can sign up on the spot.

Documentation Required for Player:
1. Copy of your players’s Birth Certificate
2. Copy of players latest reportcard
3. Bring a check for $200.00 for a security deposit on the equipment (this will not be cashed) only if you lose or break the equipment.
AFL is now offering on an optional FREE weight training speed and a nutrition class with every registration! That's right, If you sign up and play, you can get a sports nutritional class, speed and agility, instruction on proper strength training, (appropriate for the age) and some of the best youth coaches in the area. NO camp/clinic offers the amount of "game time" experience, smaller roster sizes AND nutrition/speed/strength training!
AFL is here to make you the best athlete you can be. Oh, and did I mention IT"S A BLAST TO PLAY!
The pay on-line option has been omitted because of a high bank fee that customers would be charged. However, you may pay with a Visa or Mastercard at the walk-in registration for your convenience. There is a $7.00 charge for using this option.
The adult league is projected to start around the end of May 2010
This will be a 10 week season with playoffs
This is full contact. All equipment will be provided
must be 18 or older by May 17th
Whole teams are welcome, (at least 18 players) but if you need a team I will try to get you on a team in your area.
8 on 8 "Arena" format on a 60 by 45 yard field.
*All players need to be at NYA 45min prior to game start time for warm-up's and practice.
**(assuming 2 teams at each grade level) Please use this as a guide to help plan events or other sports during the season. The schedule is not finalized until the end of January when we have the correct numbers for each team and how many teams will play at each level.
Please be sure to come to our walk-in Registration and fittings on January 16th or 18th. Remember to bring friends who want to play. The more players the better!
